Now with news of the fierce battles near to Avdiivka recently. We, of course, immediately focused on helping Ukraine’s boys, those who hold defenses at one of the hottest places at the front.
Among the divisions, brigades and battalions that are fighting at this time is the Avdiivka-based unit “Owl”. These guys are very active and hardworking and, as its name suggests, the majority of its work happens at night.
To help make it easier for the soldiers to keep up their night watch The People’s Project with the support of donors have delivered the soldiers a very useful package. Now in their arsenal of tools, the “Owls” have added two Pulsar XD50S thermal imagers, nine Armasight Sirius IDI MG monocular night vision with fixtures, and a Pulsar Apex XD75 thermal sight Pulsar Apex XD75 and accessories including a forearm grip and laser pointer.
The owl is a predatory bird and is always prepared for hunting. Now we hope the guys will be even more dangerous as well as better protected. It is our goal to do everything possible to ensure that all Ukraine’s defenders greet each morning alive and unharmed.
Now the Rapid Response project continues to raise funds for equipment for other units that are currently in the most dangerous areas of the ATO – near Avdiivka and Zaitseve. In the near future, the project will add more urgently needed equipment. The guys are doing a great job and are doing everything possible to keep the defense, and without our support behind them, it would be much harder work. So get involved in the project, every hryvnia helps.
