Russia has been proceeding with forming the area of military presence near the Ukrainian border. According to the information published by various media, collected and processed by the volunteers of the open source intelligence team InformNapalm, Russians have been prepared to forming of another military unit in the town of Unecha, Briansk region. At the moment, we are not going to retell the whole massif of data and evidence: you can easily read these if you follow the link provided by the source cited above. According to preliminary reports, the unit will become a logistics hub for larger infrastructure formation. This may serve the indication of preparations for further military action of the Russian troops in the corresponding direction. It should be also mentioned that it is not only a northern segment of the Russian-Ukrainian border but also a larger adjoining part of Belarusian territory that gets subjected to plausible attacks.
In the past four years, Russian military have seriously increased the intensity of military environment along the boundary between Russia and Ukraine. Over this period of time, developing and placement of another three motorized infantry divisions close to the Ukrainian border have been completed; Russia’s 1st Tank Army of the Western Military Region as well as motorized infantry and tank divisions of the WMR and Air Defense units have been exercising relocation and combat activities along the border with Ukraine; their 8th Army of Southeast Military Region has already been actively participating in command of the 1st and 2nd “Army Corps” of the terroristic forces on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. In addition, Russian military have largely increased their presence in the Black Sea and Azov Sea regions; they conduct scaled military drills in the course of which they work on global interaction between their divisions and units belonging to various branches of their army. Overall, extensive reformation and rearmament of Russian troops have been systematically carried out.
In our turn we, the volunteers of People’s Project, are not even surprised to know the news of the kind: instead, we would like to remind you those obvious things we reiterate almost every day. The war is not over yet. Despite Russia’s quasi peaceful claims and strong statements, the enemy did not abandon their plans to invade Ukraine and exterminate all Ukrainians who stands up to defend their homeland and freedom. Within the Rapid Response initiative we have been raising funds for purchase of equipment for the units fighting in the forefront and stopping the enemy from further attacks. Hryvnia by hryvnia, we collect necessary amounts to supply our military with both hi-end military gear providing the prevalence over the enemy, and common everyday stuff needed in their everyday life in field surroundings.
