Slovakia prosecution brings charges against first Slovakian citizen who is fighting against Ukraine in Donbas. The Anti-terror office of the National Criminal Bureau (National Anti-Terrorism Unit of the National Criminal Agency (NAKA)) accused the Slovak citizen Mario R. of participation in combat actions within the organized armed formation on the territory of another country. Under these articles, he may serve from 2 to 8 years in prison; still the terrorist was accused of his crimes distantly as presently he has been residing on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. “Mario R. has been actively participating in the armed conflict on the territory of another state as a member of organized combat groups fighting on the side of pro-Russian separatists mainly in Donetsk province in Donbas region at least as of July 2015 to the present,” – police said. According to Slovak media, Mario R. is a former skinhead, a native of Slovak town of Banská Bystrica, previously convicted for seven crimes. To reporters’ question whether he happened to kill while in Ukraine, he just answered: “Just fascists”. According to numerous data, minimum four Slovaks have been currently participating in terroristic formations in Donbas.
