On January 27, doctors performed major surgery on Andriy, a soldier with the 93rd Brigade, introducing osteoplastic material in the form of 3D-gel chips and autologous stem cells at the site of the nonunion fracture and defect to the third metacarpal bone in his left hand. Andriy soon will leave to recover at home in Dnipropetrovsk.
We await the results of a control X-ray to be taken in 1.5 months.
