Last week, a sponsor kindly provided us with three optical scopes, as follows: a Vector Optics SCFF-02 Paladin 4-16 × 50 SCOT-13, a Vector Optics Reaper 4-14 × 50 MP SCOM-06 and a Hakko Optics MPZ-SF 4-16 × 50
Optical sights are sorely lacked in the army. There is a constant need for this devices but, unfortunately, not enough funds to supply everyone with them.
During the May holidays a volunteer from the Navy SEALs project chose to give up his break, instead he took a trip to Ochakov, where the SEAls are deployed at the moment, and delivered the devices promptly.
One of the transferred scopes – Hakko 4-16×50 – is already fitted to a rifle and its soldier owner went into ATO zone well-equipped.
The Navy SEAL unit thanked the sponsor for caring, understanding and helping in solving the difficulties of the project. And of course their gratitude goes to everyone who donated regardless the amount. The soldiers are truly touched by the attention and understand that in these times any contribution is important.
